How Robotic Accounting Works
The taxpayer uploads their printed and digital invoices to the system through a scanner, mobile phone, and computer using the methods of taking a photo, drag-and-drop, and email.
Printed invoices and receipts (PDF, JPEG, XML) are automatically converted into accounting data with MİHSAP technology.
Application Technology extracts tax bases, taxes, buyer and seller information on documents and provides clear data to the financial advisor.
The financial advisor checks and approves the incoming data in accordance with the chart of accounts in the package program.
The accounting receipt and current information coming from the application are processed into the Financial Advisor package program.
Processed invoices and receipts can be viewed and reported in detail on the taxpayer's screen.
