Protection of Personal Data

1. General Information on the Law

The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 was adopted on March 24, 2016 and was published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 on April 7, 2016.

According to Article 32 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, titled "Effectiveness", articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of this Law entered into force on 7 October 2016, six months after the publication.

The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data has been regulated in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, and the procedures and principles to be followed.

2. Data Controller Information

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, as AKSAN DENETIM VE MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK, as a data controller, your personal data that you share with our institution is fully or partially automated or non-automatic, provided that it is a part of any recording system, recording, storing, preserving. All kinds of operations on the data such as changing, reorganizing, explaining, transferring, taking over, making it available, identifying the pages visited, classifying them or preventing their use may be carried out by us.

4. What are the purposes and legal reasons for the processing of your Personal Data?

To be able to perform the services we provide in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, contract and technology, We will process the personal data you share with us in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation in order to improve our services, to fulfill our information retention, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the judicial and administrative authorities, and to analyze our customer portfolio.
